I m newbie. Just bought a cheap air pump wit gauge..
The gauge pointed to 22 hg, instead of 0.( defective, but non returnable.)

Can I pump. From 22 to 27, and presumbly it is 5hg?

I have tried this way last night. I find pretty intensive but acceptable at presumbly at “5hg” (27hg,.dick.bcome dark color and red). 3 to 4 hg is comfortable

It sounds like your gauge is responding, just with a large offset. You probably can use it, but of course it would be better if you had a gauge you could trust. And if a change of 5 in Hg is uncomfortable then don’t stay at that pressure for very long, get back to 3 or 4, or whatever feels comfortable. As you get more experience and your dick gets conditioned then you may find 5 in Hg has become comfortable. Finally, I started out with a cheap tube and the base was uncomfortable, digging into my skin. Make sure you have a good and comfortable seal. Good luck!

Yes you can use it and 5”hg is uncomfortable for a newbie because it is too much. Like you are finding out, start in the 3”hg range for at least a week and then over time go up in 1”hg increments. Once you reach 5”hg, you can stay at that level for a very long time and increase your sessions by adding more time, not more pressure.

What is pumping routine for newbie like me? (New to pumping, but I got 5 months PE jelqing experience)

Each session how many times ? Each time how long? How long per session?

Try unscrewing the gauge then screwing it back in to see if fixes where the arrow is pointing also whatever pumping up to now is too much if you feel pain.

I think pumping works best when you work your way up to one long continuous session of 25 to 30 minutes (no breaks). So start off at your 3”hg pressure and pump for 10 minutes. If you can already do that with no negative effects, go for 15 minutes next time and over the course of a couple of weeks, try working your way up to the 25 to 30 minutes session length, but do so avoiding negative signs like bruising. If things go negative, just slow down your progression to new levels.

Once you reach 25 to 30 minutes, start with increasing pressure to 4”hg and then eventually get to 5”hg. After that, you are pretty much an expert, but there is no need to go much higher then 5”hg, but definitely keep 7”hg as a maximum limit if you are going to do more exploring.

However, I do take breaks. Because in the tube, my dick does turn darker color and red. I.have done roughly 20min, breaks in between.

I found quite difficult for me to have full erection inside the tube and maintaining the pressure. Unless I watch porn.. But, if I watch porn, I tend to ejaculate. Any advice?

Does the red color disappear quickly, or are you left with some bruising and or red spots? When watching porn do you ejaculate spontaneously while still in the tube?

I shall follow ur advice tomorrow. The.10 min rule.

When I take out my penis from the tube, my penis is red, but not noticeable darker. I don’t saw bruising or red spots .. I only ejaculate after taking out from tube. I felt the urge to ejaculate because after the session, my penis is so rock hard.
I wear cock ring for several hours, afterwards .
I.do feel soreness after a few hours.( not immediately)

I don’t know how tight your cock ring is, but my first thought is that wearing it for several hours is way too much. You are a newbie and are just trying too hard and too fast. Put the cock ring on immediately after exiting the tube and try to just edge without ejaculating, to maintain your post pump size, but then take the cock ring off after 20 minutes. Remember to are trying to get conditioned to something that is completely new. The real work starts after this phase has been completed.
