Can I use warm water to wash the penis instead of hot wrap usin cloth

It is abit hard for me to get hot water, and cloth to do hot wrap.
I have understand that the hot wrap is to try to keep the blood flow in my dick.
So, I want to ask if it is ok if I use hot water in the bathroom to was my penis for 5 min in the hot wrap time.

Some people use a hot shower. Others use a container full of water. Try a comparison between any method you choose and hot wraps. The advantage of hot wraps is you can normally get hotter moist heat and you can massage whilst warming up.

There are many other methods of warming up. Look out for threads on IR lamps.

Instead of a wet wash cloth, fill a sock up with some rice heat it up in the microwave for about 1 min and 30 sec and try that.
