Can one fuck up his gain-potential - by doing too much all day stretching?
I guess the more all day stretching, the better? Or?
And if gains stop long term (over 3 months?) just take a 2 week deconditioning break?
Meaning:
Should you start all day stretching just for 3h per day for 4 months and then see how it works.
Or i guess: Just do as much as you can, 8h means probably more gains than 3h.
With how much would you start
