Can one fuck up his gain-potential - by doing too much all day stretching?

I guess the more all day stretching, the better? Or?

And if gains stop long term (over 3 months?) just take a 2 week deconditioning break?

Meaning:
Should you start all day stretching just for 3h per day for 4 months and then see how it works.
Or i guess: Just do as much as you can, 8h means probably more gains than 3h.

With how much would you start

I usually build up the length of time doing all day stretching over three months. For the first 2 weeks, my goal is 1 - 3 hours and within the first month, trying to log 3 hours of ADS work. Into month 2 I work up to 6 to 8 hours a day. During month 3, I do a minimum of 6 hours of ADS with the goal of doing 8 minimum hours per PE day. When I was gaining, I did the 2 on 1 off cycle. Currently, I am on a deconditioning break, but looking to get back into PE and ADS work after my break.


Started: 6.75" BPEL, 8" (20 cm) BPFSL (1/2015) x 5" (12.5 cm) EG; Current (7/2017): 8" (20 cm) BPEL, 8.2" (20.5 cm) BPFSL x 5.8" (14.5 cm) EG; Gains (7/2017): 1.25" (3.125 cm) EL, 0.2" (0.5 cm) BPFSL x 0.8" (2 cm) EG

Short-term goal: 8.25 (20.625 cm) BPEL, 8.3" (20.75 cm) BPFSL x 6" (15 cm) EG; Long-term goal: 9" (22.5 cm) BPEL x 6" EG

I kinda plan to do this now for eg 4 months and only then look in the forum again..
Would be bad if i do something totally wrong for months on end i guess

Some years ago i did 3 months of stretching with extender, and i gained 0
I guess i will try to try using the esl40 now for more hours per day.. (i guess extender was 3hours per day, have to look it up)

I found the esl40 to be a good idea with a bad design. My tip would constantly end up deformed with fluid build up. They should have put a valve to pull out the air.

Interesting.. the only problem (red spots and deformed glans) happened to me when i pulled really hard by hand while having the gripper on.

Result was i could pull much harder than by hand but there were red spots and deformed glans (for a few minutes)

I’m thinking of rigging up my own valve to it so I can connect to to my hand pump and see if it helps. By doing that I think sucking the air out will cause less deformity and maybe even make it stronger for holding more weight onto it.
