Can silicone sleeve Ads gain girth or just length

I checked out the site. looks good. Do you have to buy the weights seperatly?

I’ll chime in here with some first-hand extender experience. I bought an extender from X4labs in June, 2009 (7 months ago). The product is virtually the same thing as the size genetics stretcher mentioned above. I started at 6(NBPEL)x5.5(eg), and the size calculator on the website said I could get to nine inches if used for 1yr. If you dig around for info it suggests that the devise be worn for 10-12hrs per day. After using for a little while and conditioning my unit, I realized that that amount of time was absurd. 4-6hrs was all I could handle, but I knew I was getting a great workout in that amount of time, so I moved forward with leery excitement. For about 4 months I stuck with this routine, and for the last three months I have gone for about two hrs a day under strong tension (well past the spring load capabilities of 1800 grams), with 1-2 days of rest per week. Note: I would not recommend going past tension until you are well into the process and your penis has had time to adjust. I am now 7.25(nbpel)x5.5(eg)! I use nbp measurements because I am very lean so the difference is negligible, and I feel if you (or she) can’t see it shouldn’t really count- no rotten tomatoes please! Point being, by the time my one year anniversary rolls around, I think I will reach the 8in mark, and if I wore it the amount of time suggested (impossible for me), I might very well have been able to reach 9in. Crazy to believe, I know, but it moves none the less. One more note; I jelq 1-2 times per week, and that is my complete PE regimen.

Koretwo

I have gained a little girth using this item : but it is nothing to write home about, as far as flaccid look I can tell I have plumped up quite a bit though. Let me know what kind of ADS you plan on using and I can answer a few Q’s if you need.

Koretwo. How much of a little gain of girth did you receive from this item. I have bought it now and can’t wait to swing it into action. (Y)

Starting stats: 7" EL x 5" EG Current stats: 7.1" EL x 5.125" EG Goal : 7.5" x 5.75"

Don’t be so sure. All of penis related products exaggerate possible gains and those calculators on their sites are simply absurd, not only because they promise hills and valleys, but because everyone is different and not everything will work same for everyone. You’ve gained 1.25” and that’s great, but gaining is not linear and you still have 1.75” to get to 9” which is a lot after already gaining 1.25”. If it were that simple and linear, I could gain 3” in 200 days looking at my beginner gains.
