Can stretching alone give one gains
I’m just wondering if manual stretching alone can give you gains? Like maybe even a bit of girth gain? Has anyone ever done just stretching? I wanna take it really slow since I have a condition that probably nobody else has here.that would be peyronies. I’m sure my penis will react different to these exercises since in a sense it’s already injured. I just want to take it real slow and do about 10 mins of stretching per day. Does anyone think I will get any gains doing this? Does stretching just work the ligaments or also the tunica? Thanks guys
