I want to begin with saying that I am very satisfied with my upward pointing 11 o’clock erection angle. Thus, I would be happy if all my gains could preserve that quality.

I am mostly interested in girth growth and want to gain evenly along the penis and avoid any baseball bat effect. I have read that one of the most efficient ways to gain base girth is hanging. However, hanging seems to stretch the suspensory ligaments which results in a decrease in angle for many people.

So my question is whether you could gain base girth specifically without losing any erection angle?

To answer your question i have gained a lot of base girth from manual stretching and my erection angle is the same.

Also, do you mind sharing the specific stretching techniques that you were using? Did you use BTC and downward stretches?

Could any hangers or pumpers provide some input on this?

Agreed. I will definitely avoid exercises that are known to reduce erection angle, like hanging. Moreover, I am aware that we aren’t relying on an exact science, so I definitely process every piece of information with a grain of salt.

That being said, I am trying to gather some data points on some alternative methods that are not known to decrease the erection angle. If many people report that they gained base girth using a specific technique without losing erection angle, it will be easier to opt in for it due to overall better risk/reward ratio.

Do you know what’s guaranteed to make you lose your erection angle? Getting old! And that’s what’s happening to you asking all of these erection angle questions! ;)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
