Skin won’t restrict gains. If you just pull at the skin you can easily see how stretchable it is. The toughest tissues that we focus one are below the skin, and are collectively called the Tunica Albuginea. You’ll read people often referring to them on here simply as ‘tunica’.
Anyhow, circumsized or not, it’s the same skin on the shaft for everyone. Besides, skin stretches very easily (almost too easily).
