Can you get pudendal neuralgia from PE?

Can you get pudendal neuralgia from PE?

Hi all,

I was curious how common pudendal neuralgia is w/ PE? My friend has pudendal neuralgia and it sounds like it will destroy your life.

I bought an extender but I can’t get his situation out of my head. It seems like pulling on ligaments and things in the groin area might be a way to trigger this, and it scares me so much, becuase I’ve seen what he’s gone through, that I’m almost too chicken to continue.

Curious if anyone else has developed it from PE, and if so do it heal?

Did your friend get it from PE?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

He didnt tell me that, doubt he’d admit it if he did but I’d guess no. But when I read about the causes of pudendal neuralgia. Stretching and pulling and microtears in the pelvic area aggravating the nerve, sounds like PE can def cause it. A search for pudendal neuralgia on this site seemed to turn up one member who did develop it, and lots of stories of numbness etc

PE can cause it, if you do it wrong.

Examples of doing it wrong?

For starters, not following direction on how to do things, not asking questions on how to do things before you try if you don’t understand, using too much force, trying to get gains too fast; stuff like that.

I think this post should be debated more intensely.

To do so questions must be asked.

A quick search on here and I only got 4 hits, this and 3 others. From a quick scan the 3 others were not talking about it being brought on by PE. So seems from the info we have here, obviously limited but it’s all we have, it is not a common PE injury.

The more questions asked the less chance of injury. Problem is most people don’t want to ask questions which I believe is the reason for this forum.

Even if doing PE wrong, I don’t see many people complaining about pudendal damage. It is something rare, right?
Also, are there any indicators showing that we should stop before damaging the nerve?
What exactly stresses the nerve ?
What s the recovery period, is it 100% ? Is it invasive? (Recovery)

For example, I am having some discomfort in the urethra area, and that discomfort is being radiated from the tip to the middle of my penis.
I connected it with the elongation and stress. Should I stop? Could this damage the nerve?

Discomfort/pain is the body’s way of saying something is wrong. It is saying that something is either sick or injured. If it’s a sickness you go to the doctor. If it’s an injury you rest the area and if not better in a week or so then you go to the doctor.
