Can you help me in my routine ? And clear up my doubts please?

My routine for some time has been as follows:
10 min WarmUp
5 min stretching
10 min jelqing
5 min warmdown
I’ve been practicing for some time now, and I wanted to know how I could structure my routine on weekdays, any ideas? Because on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), I am with my girlfriend, and we have a lot of sex, so it really is impossible to do the routine during this period, I can only do it from Monday to Thursday, it would be interesting to 4 day on (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 3 off (weekend) routine?

Could you also help me with some questions ??

It is normal even one day after performing the routine, feeling the penis sore (even erect, it is painful in the sense of the penis internally), I noticed that after I started practicing jelqing and this routine, my penis started to get sore, this is an error of something ? Like the force used in stretching (I use a medium high force, 30 seconds up, down, left, right, forward, that’s 2x)
I bought those “penile augmentation” books a few months ago on the internet, and the content is the same here on the forum, but the difference is that stretching is not passed on the books, it is just WarmUp, jelqing ( and several variations), warmdown, does this bring less results than the routine with stretching ??
