Can you help me with my routine?
I have been doing PE for 74 days, started with extender and manual stretches, and have been doing 10 minutes of jelqing for 2 weeks.
I did gain BPEL but no EG.
The problem is, that I cant really do more than 2 hours of extending as I use the noose and its just uncomfortable the whole time and it often slips or it feels like its gonna slip. I tried other ways to attach it but everything slipped or was painful. The VAC attachment also doesnt work as I have foreskin and a very squishy penis.
I am thinking to switching to hanging as it seems that less time is required over all for the same results so it would better fit my schedule.
I also ordered a bathmate as it was on sale and I’m curious about the short term girth gains, but Im not sure if I should start using in regularly.
Right now my routine is
3 on 1 off for extending (2-4 hours if i can manage)
1 on 1 off 10 minutes of manual stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing
My plan is to switch out extending to hanging over the course of the next few weeks, and slowly increase jelqing time and then add bathmate.
Do you think this would be a good routine?
