I am a newby … I was anxious to get started so I used olive oil in the shower. Worked great, and it still does. It is “just right” slippery, doesn’t require a lot, doesn’t wash off fast … I usually add a small amount at the end of each 100 jelqs. I also noticed a great smoothness in the skin of of dick and balls.
