Can you only do the behind the cheek stretch?

I only feel it in the ligaments while doing the BTC stretch. Is this something I can do everyday without doing other stretches? If so, how many reps and sets should I do?

I don’t feel this represents the full range of stretches you can perform. In fact, I find it a very limited stretch. But you can develop any kind of routine that you’re most comfortable with. You need to do whatever works best for you.

If you want to really feel it in your ligs, try this.

While doing an ordinary straight down stretch do a full squat. I feel this stretch more than any other.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
