Can You PE and Still Have Sex

Can you do both like before I go PE I may wanna go a few rounds daily on weekly with my girlfriend. Will that mess with my gains

Never choose PE over sex. And don’t worry about your sex life interfering with your gains. It won’t. The point is to make PE improve your sex life, not hinder it.

For whatever reason, the queen always picks my heaviest PE days to schedule a last minute sex marathon. I’ve made it through some 5 hour “workouts” with her following a long day of PE. The additional sex you’ll get from PE results will cause schedule conflicts with lots of things, trust me. ;)

I don’t believe it will hinder your gains, but some, like BG, won’t ejaculate on girth days. You can still screw to your heart’s content. She won’t notice if you fake it, now and again. ;)

Yes, absolutely have sex. Sex is way more important than PE anyway. Unless, of course, you’re stranded on an island alone. Then you can dedicate your life to PE to pass the time.

I thought the purpose of PE was to have more sex?

PE has improved both my performance and increased my desire for sex.
