yes I’m very guilty of overdoing things. I always do that. I want results, and I want them now :)

Hey skitola,

Imagine when you jelq with a 100% erection dick. How could you trap the blood from the base of the penis and push up to the glans? It really can injure yourself, for how bad? I don’t know… Check it out in injury forum.

when I jelq with a semierect dick my upper dick and glance reach the normal erect size at the stroke

when I jelq with a hard dick dick my upper dick and glance reach bigger than normal erect size at the stroke

I cant realy understand how I can make my dick bigger if I dont puch it beond normal size? dont you have to do that?

I tryed to jelq last night after 2 weeks of rest from jelq. I could keep an semierection for maybe 3 min than my dick gets flacid. I jelqed for 8 min with only little force. after that my dick is dead. I cant get an hard erection. I tryed to get it hard but I could only reach an 80% erection after maybe 5min of pleasure and very god porn and the girth was thin. I have read here that you are suppose to have a bigger BPEL after a PE-session and in the longrun your erections are suppose to get harder from PE. for me, jelqing is the biggest erectionkiller there is. If I jelq for 20 min one day, I will have to wait up to maybe 5 days after to get a real hard erection. Could it be that jelqing isn’t for everyone or am I doning something wrong? I have tryed to jelq with slow stroke, fast stroke, little force, medium force, hard force and I have jelqed for only 5 min and I have jelqed for 1 hour. I dont get any gains and fore me, in the long run, I dont get superhard erections, I get as god as impotent.

So you got problems with jelq. Well, I assume you know everything about Jelqing, but what do you do before jelqing? Any warming up? Lets try warming a little longer, 5 minutes up to 10 minutes with a gentle massage just to get havier semi erection penis.

Don’t touch the glans too much since it’s very sensetive, that sometimes make you lose full erection pretty quick.

Frankly, I was just trying to tell something you should try :) I never know if it works for you. You really have to figure that out by yourself, because you can’t PE without JELQING if you have just started (Except you use other methods for girth gain, ie : clamping)

someone on this forum wrote that you could use a peace of clothing to get better grip. i cut out a bit from a t-shirt and I use this to get a better grip on my glance. it is amazing how much better the grip gets. I never slip and I can pull ten times harder. try that

Yeah, no heat could be a problem, and you mentioned that you took 2 weeks off from jelqing; did you also take two weeks off from stretching? Your problem with jelqs could very well be from lack of warm-up combined with overdoing your stretches just before.

Try an experiment: give yourself 2 or 3 days off from everything, then come back and do a proper warm-up like 5 minutes with a rice sock, then try the newbie routine again except reverse the jelqs and stretches, i.e. jelq first (using porn if it’s easier to keep a 60-70% erection), then clean up, hit the heat again while your erection subsides, then do your stretches, then heat again and leave it alone. Then watch for your morning wood the next day. Just for fun, if you try this, make a mental note to do your jelqs and stretches at half your normal intensity, remind yourself you’re not YANKING a bigger cock out of yourself, you’re teasing out a bigger cock.

Just a thought man, but somthing sounds wrong here, and my money would be on stretching your cock like you stretch your legs for your martial arts.

Edit: Oh, and if you try this experiment, do regular stretches, skip the Blasters for now, in my opinion it’s pretty easy to overdo these, that wrist fulcrum can really add some serious force.

I have taken much several month of in the past in as sone as I do some jelqing my erections get week.

I always stretch after jelqing. That feels better. I have olny tryed to jelq after stretching once.

I never have morningwood. well, maybe once every second week or something like that.

I have done a lot of jelqing in the past with no stretching. same result then, no gains, very week erections.

A few days ago I tryed to only stretch for 5 days in a row. I did nothing else, just stretched. I stretched maybe 5 x 20 min a day at high force and stretching does not effect my erections at all. only things like jelqing, pumping, clamping makes my erections week.

maybe I still am doing my jelqs to hard? but it feels like if I use less force it will be like doing nothing. but on the other hand, you wrote “remind yourself you’re not YANKING a bigger cock out of yourself, you’re teasing out a bigger cock” and I cant say that I tease my cock, I try to make it bigger with a lot of force.

I will try to jelq with even less force and I will do a warmup to.

I cant think of something else that I’m doing wrong. here is some info on me

I dont smoke and dont drink alcohole

I pump weights at the gym 5 times a week

I run, use step-machines, testbikes and tredmill

I eat healthy food to at least 95%

Gee whiz skitola, you’ve got so much good stuff on your side… water, no smokes or booze, healthy lifestyle, etc. “Tring to make it bigger with a lot of force” has got to be it I would think. A lot of force is not only not needed, but too much force will actually impede gains. A wise man here named Shiver reminds us:

If I stimulate my self so that I get an erection, and then starts to kegel, my erection fades away.
I do a lot of kegelexercise and I kegel when I jelq.
