Your routine seems fine, nice and easy, just as it should.
Most likely it isn’t the reason why your erections are weaker.
Remember that your penis isn’t a machine and now it’s passing through several modification (many of those we can’t tell exactly, otherwise we would have the “misteries” of P.E. unveiled) which may cause him to respond differently from time to time for reasons we can’t determine with the accuracy we wished.
However, I can tell you from my own experience that when I started P.E. my penis responded in the opposite direction. Either manual length and girth exercises boosted my erections to 110% hard. Then I started clamping and it was my first experience with not being able to get hard as a rock anytime I wanted. When I cut clamping my erections were back at 100% rock, so MAYBE it’s the girth work that it’s preventing your erections, altough we can’t really tell. Length work DEFINITELY boosts my erections, I can’t tell you why but it does, specially just a little after I stretched.
In P.E. you must always be careful, pay A HELL of attention to your penis responses, HAVE PATIENCE and, since it’s not like cold plain silence — EXPERIMENT. Start slow, start easy, do it for 2 or 3 months, take notes of what happens; then change, do something different, from slight modifications in time of the session to the time of the stretch, grip, angles, etc.; then change again (or not, if it’s working), it’s up to you.
