Can't stick to a routine even with results

Alright so I’ve been doing the PEing thing on and off for a least 1 1/2 years. About 6 months ago I got into a good habit of doing it 3-4 times a week. Immediately after I went on a extended vacation I lost it all.

So I did clamping and stretching for a while and gained about a good .4 inches or so. But after coming back 2-3 months later (from my vacation) I feel I’ve lost it all!

Is it true that when you start back up again the lost gains come back easier? Also, how do some guys on here spend months-years PEing? What your motivation?

It seems my problem is that I try not to masturbate when I PE and when I can’t stand it anymore (and do masturbate), I lose interest in PE for a couple of days?? Anyone else have these problems.

Cementing gains most people on here find takes 1-3 months. Try some discipline and forcing yourself to come back to P/E the next day, time of day may matter as well - ever thought of getting up at 5 AM - if you come to the afternoon all tired and P/E is on your calendar then you’re going to turn it down for the sake of being too tired.

Their motivation is a bigger unit. I agree it’s hard to see how someone who is 8 inches finds the motivation, but everyone’s goals are different and some people don’t want a big dick, they want a monster.

For you it seems the secret is simple. Find a way to encorporate masturbating into your normal PE schedule. So that both PE and getting off can work hand in hand together. After a month, it should become habit and you won’t even have to think about it. It’ll just be routine. Maybe you could do something like PE day, PE day, PE day (wait a few hours), then masturbate.. rest day.. PE day, PE day, PE day. Like 3 on 1 off with masturbating on the final day or on your rest day. It’s really about finding what works best for you.

There is no conclusive evidence that shows masturbation helps or hurts PE either way. Go ahead and wank. Personally I get my PE done in the morning so I can wank or have a screw if the opportunity arises later in the day.

I used to have this problem jellybelly. I was cutting back on masturbation for a period of week or so, and do a good PE during this week. But after that, when I can’t hold it any more, I masturbate and lost my interest in PE for 2 or 3 days.

But I resume my PE a while ago, with more dedication and clear goal in my mind, and I don’t have this problem any more.

So it’s about dedication, and the results, on its own, should be the biggest motivation for you.
