Celery Man's Pork Sword Plan

Hey guys, I plan to start PE in the near future. However, as I likely have an upcoming operation that will put me out of commission for a few weeks, I can’t see the benefit in getting started now only to have to take a break. So, I’ve been absorbing as much information as I can from you all and trying to come up with a long-term plan of action for when I can start. As an aside, my priority with PE is gaining girth; I’m 4.6” with a long-term goal of 5.6”.

Without further ado, here’s the plan:

================

Start with Linear Newbie Routine as outlined by J123 (with the following specifics):
1) Use constant Infrared heat
2) No stretching for the first week or two
3) Jelqs will be Wet
4) Jelqs will be 50% - 70% erection level
5) Don’t overdo force (don’t want to over-condition and limit gains)
6) 2 days on, 1 day off
7) Do for at least two months
8) Monitor PIs
9) Continue using my kegel exercise app daily
10) Continue to abstain from porn

One week break

Then move onto Newbie Routine as outlined by luvdadus (with the following specifics):
1) Use constant Infrared heat
2) Do manual stretches (although my priority is girth, these are to condition and to prevent toughening up connective tissues)
3) Jelqs will be Wet
4) 60% - 70% erection level
5) Don’t overdo force (don’t want to over-condition and limit gains)
6) 2 days on, 1 day off
7) Do for at least six months
8) Monitor PIs
9) Continue using my kegel exercise app daily
10) Continue to abstain from porn

One week break

After I have completed Linear Newbie Routine and at least six months of Newbie Routine:

As proper conditioning is so important, seriously consider sticking with Newbie Routine (with some adjustments according to rate of gain).

1) Consider incorporating Dry Jelqs into routine
2) Consider incorporating edging sessions after workouts
3) Consider adding some extra girth exercise e.g. Clamping, Uli#3s, O-bends, etc. However, don’t rush into this (to prevent injury and over-conditioning)
4) Get the hang of braindrain’s “Perfect Jelqing” for high expansion
5) Stay away from Horse440s for a year

Depending on conditioning and familiarity, consider incorporating elements of girth routines by:

braindrain

Things I will bear in mind:
1) Be consistent and disciplined with PE
2) Better to under-train than over-train
3) Over-training will most likely lead to injury
4) Don’t increase the intensity or duration of a workout for the sake of it; doing so could lead to over-conditioning and, therefore, reduced gains
5) Rest days are when the most growth occurs
6) I have plenty of time to gain - PE is a marathon, not a sprint
7) Focus on productive workouts rather than obsessing over reps/minutes (but still use these as a guideline)
8) Before adding more pressure to a routine, consider adding more volume instead
9) Don’t measure obsessively - once every 3 months is fine
10) Heat is the key!
11) Many users have reported 0.5” girth gains, and a significant amount have reported 1” girth gains - if they can do it, why can’t I?

Please could I get some thoughts on the above? Thanks very much for reading.
