I started about three weeks ago, I guess…I am doing the 5 min wrap, 5 min stretch (60 second in each direction), then about 15 to 20 min’s jelq’s, then 5 min wrap, then about 50 Kegl’s. Three nights on and one night off…

I am going for girth, so I have a 50-60% erection, and I am jelquing upward…I sometimes kegl the blood in and jelq upward…

I have noticed a difference in the feel of my erection, but flaccid, not difference…However, my erection feels thicker which is good…I also whack it about every other day so maybe I should slow that down a bit two, huh?

I guess I just need to wait a while…

Sounds like a great starting routine.

3 weeks is a bit of a short time to see any major differences. Once you are 2 months in you’ll hopefully see a difference but make sure your measuring is good so that you have a starting point you can rely on.
