That is the kind of question that is never definitively answered because the medical community will not test a drug on people who don’t need it. However, the possible risks and side effects of the drug are risks to all users, regardless of whether you need it. The long term effects should (guessing here) not be any worse for recreational users than for those who need it. I have heard positive things about the long term effects, and no negative things, but I have not read all there is to read on the topic.

If you have ED, or a degree of it, the erectile drugs are not less effective over time, including Cialis. If the base cause of your ED worsens over a period of time, the drugs will have less effect than they did for you previously.

Keep in mind that none of us is _always_ at the top of his form. You work extra hard for a day or two? Your wife/partner is being noodgy? Kids rammering around? No free time for yourself? A jillion things can interfere. Factor them in, too.

Pure, unadulterated wisdom, Avocet. Many, many things affect erectile quality. Yahoo has an ASI line where men keep up with erectile health issues and research while sharing their experiences with erectile enhancing drugs. As a regular contributor there, I have seen nothing about complications from men who have used cialis since it was introduced. The recent scare about a link between viagra and visual changes may be the thing that has caused some concern about erectile enhancing drugs. As Avocet says, no one has reported the erectile drugs to be less effective over time. He is correct also in stating that our physical capacity or our emotional state of mind might be the elements in the mix that lessen effectiveness.

Thanks to all of you. Every time I have doubts or I’m in the blue, you are there supporting. It’s great (considering I’m again depressed because of my small unit).

Having problems to have full erections (my erections are like 10 p.m.), taking cialis now and then helps me to have good boosts of selfsteem. I don’t want to depend on it, though, so maybe I’ll take one pill per week at maximum. It’s obvious that Cialis triggers better blood movement and general arousal in the penis, making erections better, although you need stimulation to reach full erections anyway.

The thing is, jelqing with cialis is great, but stretching is a little difficult, because it gets hard even with subtle touches. I would work girth with cialis and length when the effects tear away. I guess if anybody introduced Cialis weekly into it’s routine and with what effects if any. And very important: what happened when stopped taking cialis.

I remember it well. I was thrown into the back of some kind of van. Thunder was driving; DW or Sunny sat on the other side. There were dictionaries and grammar books in several languages. I was held incommuicado back there for two days; pizza and cold fries were passed in to me through a broken tail light. Finally, I gave in.

Nothing very dramatic. You just return to whatever level of erectile function you had before you took the drug. These drugs are not physically addictive, although one can develope a psycological dependence on them. When you have ED, however, you don’t get very concerned about that aspect.
