Cock Rings

I have recently started pumping and I use a cock ring while in the cylinder to increase pump and also so the base of the pump does not press on my balls so much.

When I take off the cock ring, it seems my dick is thinner than usual or is it because I’m used to seeing it so engorged with the cock ring on?

Is it possible your girth can decrease using cock rings too much?

I read to keep on the cock ring after pumping 1-4 hours and that is what I have done.

Any info would be kindly appreciated.

Also would any of you recommend jelqing with a cock ring on?

Pumping can give you some good gains at the base of your shaft, using a c-ring seams counter productive and maybe a bit dangerous. I’m using it for sex and edging or to keep after my pump session.
Also it’s normal that you see a difference in girth, using a c-ring will engorge your unit making it a bit bigger.

I use the cock ring during both, workout and leave it on after that. I do also edging with cock ring. I have a similar impression like you: it seems that the cock adapts to the ring and the tissue gets softer at the position where the ring is. However I have also the impression that the base of my shaft gets thicker at the same position. Another riddle of PE? ;)

You are very likely overtraining that’s why you are noticing it thinner.

Also pumping with a c ring looks like a great recipe for a bad injury.

Pumping with a cock ring is safe, and actually is how it is recommended for those with ED.

Be careful, watch pressures and times, start slow. I prefer to put the ring on after pumping. Be careful if you plan to slide a ring on over the tube, the snap back can cause bruising.

I tried pumping with a ring, but all it got me was more edema. Putting a ring on afterward was more useful.

I agree. I was not able to stay in the tube as long with a ring on either. Rings are best after, however wearing a ring while pumping that will injure you necessary.

What I will sometimes do is place a ring on to start pumping, but after 5 minutes remove it after a few jelqs (maybe 20) to fully encourage erection, then go back into tube with no ring for the session. During breaks I will put rings back on to add the jelqs, then remove and go back in. All the pumping with heat of course. I then add a post pump ADS session for a few hours (depending on schedule) so any cool down is under stretch. Though, if time allows, I may add heat to part of the stretching, but always try to finish without heat while under tension.
