Is it a good idea to take a cold shower after PE exercises?

It should help in a quick recovery.

Cold water is used in natural medicine to improve sexual potency.

The other way is to apply cold and warm water alternately.

What do you think about it?

I think that immediately after a routine (say 10 minutes to 4 hours after) heat seems like it would be more beneficial as you don’t want the tissue to contract. But maybe on off days or the night after you’ve done a routine during the day I feel like you may be on to something.
