Compared to earlier on, are you amazed at how agressively you can clamp/stretch?

First let me say that safety is the top priority. There’s a reason that newbies are cautioned to go very slowly and cautiously.

Me, I’ve been doing PE for years, often taking breaks. The level of agressiveness that I clamped, squeezed, or stretched was realatively moderate. In the past year, with the guidance of this forum, I started to really ramp up how hard I do those things.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m always on the lookout for signs of problems…. but has anyone else gotten to a point where the aggressive level that you now do these exercises would have totally surprised your beginning self?

It’s amazing that once accustomed to it, how much “punishment” (yea, bad choice of words) our dicks can take.

I agree, a bad choice of words haha but an interesting topic.

I have been purposely avoiding a high level of intensity with my workouts because I want to avoid unnecessary conditioning of tissues so that gaining, in theory, can be accomplished with less intense work. I don’t know how it will pan out in the long run because for this round of PE, I’m only 2 months in and it seems I can already feel my tissues are getting tougher and a little more resistant when it comes to girth expansion but… I’m definitely still in the learning phase when it comes to long term PE.

I gained really fast from intense clamping but I’ve also had 2 seperate injuries, both out of stupidity, so it would be neat to learn more about tissue conditioning from intensity in the long run.

I’m trying the keep intensity low, only adding volume approach. When I get to high volume, I may just take decons rather than adding intensity to try and keep the easier/safer gains coming.

I’d be curious to hear about any correlation between your gains and level of intensity for each “round” of PE.

Can you elaborate on your routine history like your volume and intensity levels and how long it took you to work up to the high intensity you’re using now?

Would you say higher intensity has brought you more or faster gains compared to moderate intensity.

In your experience, how long before you hit a wall with high intensity and the exercises are no longer effective?

How soon do you notice tougher internal tissues?

I see intensity as being subjective.

For some of us, the cock can take some serious stress.

I think we can...Little Engine’s Climb

Alterdst8 - ive only been at my latest “next level” of intensity for only a few weeks, but i seem to be making a bit of gains faster, but its difficult to say yet

Littleengine - i agree that it can take a lot of stress (provided you’ve worked up to it) I’d be curious to hear from anyone else whos putting some decent stress on their dick and getting results without injury

Rare that intensity doesn’t meet with injury. Why rush the process?
