Thanks for all of the great comments, also thanks clawhammer for the offer of the 2 books. I will pass on the offer as I’m “down under” and would cost a fortune to ship over (down?) here. I had a quick read of one of them today at the bookshop, looks like there’s about 20 other books I could buy at the same time.
I’ve started being more pro-active and have written down all of the negative things I don’t like about myself into a spreadsheet (passworded as well as I’ve added my PE measurements!). Have also written the steps to overcome/fix some of this stuff which should help me to set goals.
