I’ve used the bathmate for 10 months now, and while I can say EQ gains are wonderful and had some limited growth, the negative effects on my cock is beginning to take hold. Discoloration, rings and strained capillaries. Due to privacy issues, the bathmate worked for me and I loved using it, but again I’m tired of what it’s doing to my skin. So I’m considering getting rid of the bathmate, not using any device and just doing 100% manuaIs. I currently stretch, jelq, limited squeezes then pump. But I will stop pumping now. So I basically have 2 questions- will I gain with just manuals? What routine should I use, exercise, duration of exercise and test days should I adhere to? Appreciate any feedback.

Your gonna need to decon for at least 2 weeks maybe a month in order to undo what the bathmate did to condition and hinder future gains. But yes you can gain with just your two hands maybe add in clamping down the road.

Surely a gentle pull from a traction device or ADS would be fine as well as this can be comfortable.

I agree with kingscounty. You need to first take some time off to heal. Any deconditioning you may get is a plus, but you don’t want to force the issue and have it become worse. Busting capillaries and veins is really not what you want.

Manuals work just fine. Actually, you would be better off to use them until you cannot gain anymore before you switch to more advanced forms of PE. This is because your tissues are less tough and you are able to make easier gains; while at the same time you are learning cock feedback as well as your particular conditions for growth. This knowledge about your unit is going to be essential when/if you start advanced movements.

If you need to stealth a routine, split exercises like length and jelqs. Take your phone to the bathroom like you were taking a dump. You should be able to get away with 15 min (5 for warmup, 10 min stretch). This could be done once or twice per day. If anyone asks, you were reading to while on the loo. Jelqing can be done in the shower with warm water acting as a warmup and warmdown. 10-15 minutes can suffice. Again, “its been a long day and warm water helps me relax”. Usually you can BS your way out of 15-20 minutes at a time if you’re in the bathroom.
