Constant Sources Of Heat
I’m hearing more and more that heat is an essential part of PE. Can anyone recommend sources of heat, stealth sources preferred? Thanks.

IR lamp is golden. More discrete is to warm up a rice sock in the microwave (it’s called a hot wheat sack in our house), I’ve a couple of small ones which I like to use

Quite easy, I have heating floor in one of my bathrooms and warming up gel from sexshop. Combined they works really well!
1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)
2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)
3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)
