Cool Down and Warm Down Manual Stretching
Quick question, I warm up for 5 minutes using a blow dryer, then manual stretch for 16 minutes with the blow dryer pointed at my pecker. Then once I’m done I run cold water over my penis for about 4 minutes till it’s very cold. Is this ok? I normally would warm up and warm down. Just wana make sure I’m making my routine as effective as possible.
