Cool down or warm down

I’ve been pretty confused, not with the exercises themselves but moreover the warm down or cool down phase of the routine. I usually warm down but have heard something about “cool down”. So what do you more experienced guys do?

I would say that you should experiment with both and find what works best for you or rather keeps you more full and plump longer than the other. I don’t do either because both tend to make me turtle a bit post workout.

Thanks a lot I’ve only done about 4 routines I believe and when I warm down my penis shrivels really badly. So maybe day after tomorrow I might try the cool down or just leave it as what you do. Thanks once again

Try ending your routine with a nice erect massage. It does 2 things. If you can get an erection after your routine, it is a good sign that you haven’t gone overboard and your can enjoy your post PE size for an extended period of time. I think it is the very best way to end your routine.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I do the same thing gprent does after I’m done jelqing, but I do it regardless of whether or not I am keeping and erection. Thanks for bringing it up gprent, I do that part of the routine without even thinking about it so I forgot to mention it.
