Cooling down your nuts
Hey guys,
I just started PE about a month ago, and I noticed that my erection has not been staying hard for a long time during sex and also I get that urge to ejaculate much quicker. Is this normal for newbie PE’ers and I was wondering if the Premature ejaculation was due to warming up my penis area before my stretches and jelqes. There was something I read this summer about cooling your nuts when having a shower so your nuts take a while to elevate before ejaculation, and I tried it and it really helped out. Would it hurt if I cool my penis area after my workout and warm down? Please give me any opinions you have.
