This is my rotine

1- 5 minutes hot wrap
2- 5 minutes manual stretch
3- 10 minutes of jelq

How is my routine?
I heard cooling is fine


I think PE is NOT only PE, This is a lesson to be patient and perseverance

I have never heard of cooling before. It kind of goes against all logic and would cause things to tighten up an then put you back at step 1.

But I’m interested in hearing a better answer.

Cooling? So you warm everything up,get everything all nice and loose and warm and then you cool it to close everything down? Nah I don’t think that’s for me.

There are advantages in cooling, but all those benefits mostly aren’t in PE area. And research showed cooling after heating actually makes to gain less (or slower). So i suppose we should use only heating and in decent amount.

When I was hot water pumping with my Bathmate, I used to keep a pitcher of ice-water next to the bath, When I was done with my hot water pumping, I would fill the BM with ice cold water and plunge penis back in there for three to five minutes. I forget who talked me into trying it, I know it was not my idea and thought it sounded crazy. When I did give it a try, I was shocked to find how much longer my penis remained in a big fat “turgid” state. It would remain in a pumped up state for hours. It also helped to ward of discoloration. Not sure of what is going on anatomically when you do this as far as shrinking capillaries or other blood vessels, but cold after hot is definitely not a negative thing. I can’t say what effect it would have after a regular type PE workout, but if your penis remains in a fluffed up expanded state, I’d stick with it. Everyone seems to think, as did I, that cold means shrinkage, and retraction. Cold water sounded awful on a few levels. But the first time I tried it, I was completely blown away by the actual effect it had on my penis. I guess I’m saying, don’t knock it til you try it.
