Hi! I’ve doing PE since December 2011 and I’m about to include new exercises to the newbie routine. My goal is to gain 1 inch of length by December 2012, and maybe 0.5 inch of girth. But I am focusing especially on length. My current routine is: 5 min warm up, 20 or 25 min of stretching(my LOT is 7-8 so I mostly do up, V and A), 15 or 20 min of jelqs (and some ulis), and finally 5 min of warm up. What do you think?

Half than that is more likely. Forget about LOT, whatever your LOT is most productive angle for stretching will always be SD and SO.

Mongoloeyd I have not measured my penis yet but I noticed some visual gains, I’ll measure on March 19

But should I include any special exercise in my routine to gain more length?

No, no special exercises until you have done at least 3 months on the newbie routine - then you’ll revaluate things, asking around for tips if you like.

If you’re seeing gains with your current routine, why change it? Keep doing what you’re doing. There are no shortcuts in PE!
