Could I gain an inch by December 2012
Hi! I’ve doing PE since December 2011 and I’m about to include new exercises to the newbie routine. My goal is to gain 1 inch of length by December 2012, and maybe 0.5 inch of girth. But I am focusing especially on length. My current routine is: 5 min warm up, 20 or 25 min of stretching(my LOT is 7-8 so I mostly do up, V and A), 15 or 20 min of jelqs (and some ulis), and finally 5 min of warm up. What do you think?
