Could I get some pro advice
I have been at this for 7 weeks now (The first 6 weeks were mostly jelqing) and for the last week had started doing the standard routine of:
5 min hot wrap
10 min V-Stretch
300 jelq (3 seconds each)
hot shower
3 days on 1 off
The most amazing thing happened after the first few days….I was huge (And loving it) I didnt even have to measure it because it feels like it barely fits between your legs.
As usual this only lasted a few days. At that time I was only doing 200 - 250 jelqs. I increased to 300 the last few workouts but am starting to wonder if I am doing too much!
Advice would be nice!
