Could you Help Me
Hi,
I’m new to this forumn. I’m doing PE at the moment and I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.
Begining
3min warm wrap
5min stretches
5min Jelq
5min Vstretch
4 min Jelq and hold
1 day on 1 day off (for 4weeks)
I really want to have a 7.5” penis and I’m Currently on 5.6”.
I would like length and girth (mostly length though).
I also smoked but I’m giving up as I can see it affects the penis (less blood flow to the penis).
Can anyone suggets an appropriate rotuine? Also which is more effecteive inverted v strech or just v-stretch?
