Couple Of Questions From A Newbie

Hey guys,

I’m a month into the newbie routine, 2 on 1 off then 1 on 1 off, just upped my jelqing session from ten minutes to 15, no turtling or anything, so seems to be going well. Trying to stay patient, so I actually am waiting to measure myself just yet.

Anyway, about a decade ago (I am 32 now) I had my first experience with PE using the newbie routine and l-arginine and it seemed to be working until life got in the way. This go around, I am encouraged by my progress but last time I seemed to have some real “WOW” moments after a good session. I am using Cialis for some ED but was wondering if I should bother adding in the l-arginine. I’m no scientist but I’m assuming they both work in different ways, just want to know if it’s effective and most importantly safe.

Also, I tend to sit up when performing my exercises, but would it be more beneficial if I were to stand?
