All we can do here is refer to our own experience. In mine, I have a sensitive penis in regards to stress from P.E.
- If I am to maintain an optimal workout to recovery rate, I cannot masturbate.
- The extra stress on my penis from wanking builds up which means I have increasing levels of negative PI’s
- So by the time it comes to have days off, there is not a full recovery for when I begin my next weekly cycle.
- Even if I were to just masturbate the first 2 days of a workout cycle this was enough to push my penis over the threshold and just my normal routine continued would not allow proper recovery.
- I am on a 5 on/2 off at the moment. When masturbating, this would often change to a 4/3, still without full recovery. Also, when I was on a 2 on/1 off, 3 on/1 off, the same rules applied and often the 3/1 would become 2/2.
- Ultimately it disrupts my cycle due to having to take unexpected days off, which hinders gains.
By negative PI’s, I am referring to:
- A firm, shriveled, flaccid penis.
- No morning wood
- Decreased EQ, sometimes to the point of not being able to achieve erection.
- Shortening of BPFSL
This is just my experience and what I have observed for me. I would assume there are different reactions for different people and one should observe and adapt ones behavior for their individual circumstance.
