Curvature and Jelqing.
Hello, my PE hopes are related with lessening of a curve, which is 45 degrees to the left it starts from the base and it’s uniform. I have read several straightening success stories, including Pest’s, and I have to believe them, although there are no proof pics.. So anyway the guys had used jelqing techniques, and because I certainly don’t want to do get worse, I’ll need a backing on the technique. I’ll do jelqs with the right hand, standard ok grip, right circular direction of the movement. Did I get it? I’m going to to this with newbie routine, with circular stretches to the right side.
The routine:
1.Warm-up.
2.Stretches
3.Jelqs
4.Warm-up.
I was also wondering - should I take a day-off, or do the first 3-4 weeks without a break?
