I have an 8.5” erection on a good day usually around 8” everyday Jacky11. Warmachine1 I was doing fowfers for a while but since I have changed to the 24/7 steel cock and ball ring and silicone cock ring I find it difficult to do fowfers at night.

Yes Jacky11 that’s all but like I said don’t do what I did the rapid gains I got in the first year were because of excess pressure and boy have I paid the price over the last four years. Alot of pain and suffering and discolouration you must keep the pressure under 5 hg !!!!!!!
