Curve on my penis, NoFap and Noobie questions
Hi there,
Lurker here. Nice to meet you all! It’s interesting reading all these posts. My goal is to improve my EQ and length. I have been doing some noob trials by doing a few jelks here and there to ease in. The first time I practiced some PE this year was some dry jelks and I happened to get bruising on the skin only - which kind of terrified me at first thinking I had an injury.
I relaxed and started to read more since then, trying to gain an understanding on how to succeed. Since then I only do wet jelks which feel great. It’s hard to understand how hard to squeeze though I must say.
But now, I have some personal questions requesting the experience of expert members of this forum who may have had similar problems.
I have some simple questions to ask:
1. I have a curved penis that goes to the left and up a little and I am not sure how to rectify or improve the curve to be straighter. I am worried practicing too much jelking might cause whatever it is to curve more, which it has after certain jelking sessions. I have accepted that I have a curved member, but I want to see what can be done to improve it!
If you imagine you point your right hand straight and point it to the left a few centimeters, that is how bent it is on erection. I have lived with it for a while, I don’t know if I have had it since I was a child. When erect, it’s extremely difficult to bend the other way. Since starting jelking however I feel that it’s more ‘flexible’ if that makes sense.
I would really appreciate if an experienced member could make a dedicated post on how the community has dealt with peyronies or curved members and how they have resolved it. Is there a ‘recognised’ way to improve curvature?
I have been hit hard by a kid and his knee at school who thought it was a joke. That was painful and I never knew if it caused any damage. I will be teaching my kids to not play jokes on people like that - who knows if that was the cause of the curve.
I have been to a urologist recently who spent 5 minutes to tell me that I have ‘peyronies’ but I do not think so. It’s hard to explain because I do not ‘feel’ any plaque or hard bits on my member. I think I should get a second opinion and ask the urologist to give me something to make me erect so I can show them the curve.
2. I am trying to follow this goal of PE at the same time as completing a NoFap goal and I am not sure if I should hold off doing PE to improve above goals until I am off the effects of porn. Are any of you on NoFap and trying this at the same time? I am by no means addicted to porn, but just like everyone else we all try it (maybe a bit too much) and that is the means of how we become ‘addicted to it’. I am kind of getting small withdrawals here and there as I slowly back off it cold turkey. I have been on-off for around 7-8 months now. My withdrawals feel like it affects my EQ due to having low libido at times and this in turn makes it hard to document my gains, etc.
3. I am really not sure what is the best way to start this safely and for the long term. I would really like some of you to comment how it felt when you all started and some tips you would recommend for a beginner like me. A routine suggestion would be great. I have checked the posts on here, however I would love to hear a routine that you guys used when you were at my stages.
4. I have a small fat patch on my pelvis/penis area but I am quite healthy and starting to lose weight and exercise more. During college years I was quite lazy studying a lot haha. Is there any recommended YouTube videos or exercises that people recommend to work on it?
Benefits so far from my PE exercises here and there -
- My penis feels much more girthier and veins have popped up all around! It’s interesting to inspect!
- I feel like I have stronger erections but since starting NoFap this has been hard to document current improvements.
I don’t want to comment any disadvantages yet because its biased from the NoFap things I have been experiencing lately.
I guess these questions and maybe some starter recommendations would be great. I am 24 for reference.
Thank you all - hope my first post has followed the rules perfectly!
