Cycling Male Suplements

Cycling Male Suplements

Is it necessary to cycle vitamins and supplements? For example from the “Holy Grail of Cum” thread: Pygeum or Lecithin. And what about a an every day Vitamin D3 pill.

I know that stimulants and creatine need to be cycled for maximum effect, but that doesn’t pertain to every vitamin or supplement out there. People take aspirin every day. How do you decide what to cycle and what you can take worry free for years?

I take Pygeum for the pre-cum and general penis health benefits. But I don’t want to be dependent on something like guys who need Viagra or Cialis to perform. And I don’t want to be wasting my money if my body isn’t using the supplements I’m taking.

What is the medical opinion of taking vitamins daily for long periods of time?

I would recommend every 3-4 months cycle off for a month. Remember if you’re eating clean and healthy you’re getting most of what you need. Don’t treat pills as a source, but as a supplement.

Be very careful. I’ve been taking vitamins and minerals for over a decade now, and it’s not as cut and dry as most people think. First off, many of these vitamins and minerals are stored by the body, so if you take in too much, you can easily get a mild toxicity; especially if you take them over long periods of time. Another thing as well, is that many of these vitamins and minerals have multiple dependencies. In other words, they rely on other vitamins and minerals to become effective and increase or decrease absorption. Then they come in different forms, some of which are more bioavailable than others. The shit is really complicated, and I learned the hard way pretty much. But if you take the time to learn it properly, you can reach levels of health and vitality that most people can only dream about.

I credit my dabbling with health supplements for my ridiculously fast gains, and rate of recovery from PE in fact.
