I have been PEing for about a year and here’s the deal, I’ve been trying to figure out how hard to jelq for a long time now and because I am “un-cut” it’s taken more time than you might expect. The thing is I’ve been stuck at 6.9 Inches Erect for like 8 months now. I think I know why: I’ve been jelqing way too hard with a grip that’s super tight.

And I also was jelqing with a 30-40% erection because I read that flaccid jelqing produces length gains. But, this ending up creating a
“Baseball bat” penis-head.

So, my problems are as follows: My unit is super sore from overly harsh jelqing, I am simply not breaking through the 7 inch marker, and I grew a “baseball bat”-type “head” and I am asking you all for your recommendation as to the next proper course of action should be regarding my long term outlook.

How long should I break for? Should I try to decondition because you have to remember I was jelqing at a really high pressure for a while so perhaps my penis will not respond to lighter, more natural and correct jelqing.

It’s a bit difficult to say.

You have been overtraining for a fairly long time. \so there is the possibility you will need a long time to recover. The only way to go so far as I can see is take time off. until your dick starts to operte and look more normal. Then you might try some very gentle stretching, Caressing might be a better term. and see if you can instil some life into things.

Some of these problems relate to me too. The only difference that I was more lucky and have had a quite remarkable growth due to over-training and a very tight grip.

Like you I’ve developed a baseball-bat.

And another unpleasant thing - my cock’s become rather insensitive in recent months and I lose erection rather quickly when stimulated by the vagina or mouth. Have you got this problem?

I tell you what I do to lessen the baseball-bat effect.

1. I make stretches, and not only they accelerate my length grow, but slightly smoothen the bat effect.

2. I pump moderately. It also makes penis more even.

3. Before pumping sessions I squeeze the base of my cock to heighten blood circulation in this area.

As a result, there is a certain improvement. Presumably, hanging could have helped better. But I don’t want exchange my routine, which brings me fruits, for hanging.

But given your prolonged plateau, I would recommend you either switch to hanging, or to include in your routine a significant stretching component. It can resolve both of your problems: the form and growth.

Give it a try. As for the reconditioning break - you will always be able to take it. But it’s the last resort. The most advisable thing at this moment - to incorporate in you routine stretches (20-30 minutes (or 2 x 10-15 minutes) 6 days on 1 off since you are very conditioned) and see what happens in 2-3 months.

I am going to take the advice and shut it down for a couple weeks minimum. I know I can do this (PE), but right now I’m doing more damage than good. If I could give one piece of advice to people who are uncut: when jelqing, use a great deal of lubricant, and instead of using baby oil please do yourself a favor and buy some water-based lubricant because it’s a much smoother substance.

I have lost a lot of “feel”, at least temporarily, from the harsh jelqing. I have never pumped. I was never getting a good stretch because I was improperly gripping the penis and I could not get a true stretch.

I figured out how to get the super grip after a lot of trial and error.

I will also take some of your advice too Cummer. The problem is that you are telling me I can’t take a break and the other poster is telling me I need to. So I guess that means it’s my call. Which it always was, my call. But I haven’t exactly been knocking them out the ball park with my decision making. I see some of these guys on here are packing monster cocks. So I’m playing catch up.

The other guy is more experienced, so, perhaps, it’s really sensible then to take 3-6 weeks off.

But with regard to stretches I’ll tell you what.

Like you, in the first 22 months of my PE-journey I was only jelqing. And like you I thought there was necessary a special grip and technique for stretching. But then I just decided to give stretching a try. I just gripped my cock and pulled only straight out. I stretched gripping just beneath the glans, sometimes gripping at the middle of the shaft. I still don’t know whether my grip is academically correct. And I don’t give a damn. There are only 2 things I know and experience. First, stretches significantly accelerate my length gains, second, they slightly decrease the bat effect.

Unless you are in your 60-s or 70-s, you have plenty time to catch up with your size. It’s just time for you to decondition your unit and rethink you routine. My conclusion from what I’ve heard so far is that jelqs alone may not work for you effectively. My strong recommendation is to combine 3-5 second jelqs with 10-25 second stretches. And as for me, I do it sporadically, by feel. Sometimes I alternate these two exercises during my workouts, sometimes I focus on one of them.

I’m 90% sure that after 2-3 months of this routine you may see an increment of 0,2-0,3” lengthwise.

And thank you for the answer on the sensitivity of your unit. Right now I’m restoring my sensitivity. I’m doing it by wanking slowly with only the tips of my fingers, avoiding gripping the shaft with the whole palm. Hopefully, in several weeks I’ll see some improvements.
