Hi there,

How do you all time your decon days? Every 2 months? 3 months?

How long does decon last? 5 days? 1 week?

Lastly, what sorts of things do you do on your decon days with your unit? Do you completely avoid any jelqing/stretching? Do you stretch a bit or jelq lightly to encourage blood flow?


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

For me - decon break usually comes when family, or work or other things comes in between. I never planned for the breaks, they just happen. During those breaks, I stretch and jelq a little when Im in the bathroom or showers.

This is all dependent on life circumstances and available time, and also predicated by my level of conditioning, but this is how I’ll do things:

- A training block (mesocycle) will last around 4 to 6 weeks.
- Within the training block, planned rest days happen weekly like a resistance training setup. So ABxABAxx; BABxABAx; etc (where A is one training modality, B is another, and x is a day off).
- After a training block, 1 to 2 weeks of no PE (dependent on PIs)
- Rinse/Repeat, with each training block ramping up in fatigue from week 1 to last week.

If life or PIs dictate, I will just straight up stop training until things looks right for training again - aside from the casual jelq/stretch like Norwegian mentioned.


2012-ish: ~5.75in BPEL/4.75in MSEG

2021: 184mm/7.26in BPEL; 175mm/6.9in BPFSL; 135mm/5.3in MSEG; 138mm/5.4in BSEG
