Dermal Roller Microneedling for Girth

Hello All,
So I was listening to the radio the other day and heard an advertisement for this place and checked it out. Basically they inject dermal fillers with microneedling everywhere around the penile shaft and glans, the website states that the filler stimulates the production of collagen under the skin which leads to permanent gains. That reminded me of what a girlfriend of mine had done to give herself fuller lips, uses same theory on lips and face to get rid of wrinkles, stimulates production of collagen. She used a microneedling dermal roller on her lips.. It did work. So I was wondering.. Has any ever tried one of these rollers on the penis or glans to promote girth?

Sounds interesting but dangerous at the same time. Dangerous in the way that it seems that nobody has tried this before. Does you gf use microneedling on a continuous base in order to keep her lips fuller?

Very intriguing. I wonder if this is available at any local plastic surgery centers. I believe this place is located in Miami.

If I interpret the procedure correctly, they are filling the space between the skin and tunica with a collagen-building substance. The theory seems to be that, assuming it is formed properly (hence the need for continuous wrapping post-procedure) that “matrix” will build up into a permanent collagen layer, under the skin, above the tunica. Thus, it depends on the same end result as other “filler” surgeries? In other words, it does not impact/enlarge the actual penile structures we focus on in this site for actual growth. Instead, you maintain the same size as prior, but add a layer above the tunica. I would question the hardness of that layer, as it would not engorge as does the corpus upon erection, so while you may be thicker, it may be “mushy”? And, the “something wrong” must include (I assume) non-uniform settling of the collagen substances, with the same risks we hear/see about other fillers, with lumps, bumps and other deformities?
Just my two cents.

Adding dermal fillers under the skin never goes wrong except when they do and then it’s too late. Why take the risk?
