Developing Expectations

First of all, this is my first time starting a thread and if I am going the wrong way about this, I apologize. I am new into PE and plan on getting serious. I have measured myself several times and am confident that I am spot on 7.5 x 6 (BPEL x MS EG). I was hoping some people who have more experience than me would be able to weigh in on how much I can expect to gain from certain exercises. I know everyone is different; some people gain crazy fast while others seem to crawl to their goals. I still feel as though a thread to help people find realistic expectations based on the average PE experience could be helpful. Would it be crazy for me to hope to reach 8.5 x 7 within the next 5 years? Or would nobody be in disbelief if I could reach that goal in one year? I’m just trying to find what a realistic expectation would look like so I can stay dedicated through times of potential discouragement.

I think you can reach that goal easily with penis pumping and light hanging within 1-2 years.

Your goal is well within the common range for newbie gains, so just about anything should work if you don’t over do it.

PE is not like other tasks where more activity produces faster results. I’m actually testing whether doing PE only once every three days produces more gains than once every other day and I’m planning on experimenting with using a lighter weight hanger eventually.

The best routine I have found so far is 20 minutes of penis pumping at 5 inHg every other day and light hanging periodically with a .5 lb. hanger.

Thanks for your responses! Can you point me to a good guide for building a hanger? Also, what pump do you recommend?

I think anything is possible, but take it slow and don’t do anything that you feel is uncomfortable.. I gained girth and length but then again I Jelqed when I was 18.. You build up to the exercise always and I can’t stress this enough warm compress before for awhile. To loosen your member up. I used to stretch and hold and gradually build up to around 15 second stretches.. Up, down, left right, etc.. Slow pumps always worked for me with light pressure. But making sure to stay consistent each day was probably what did it for me brother!
