Developing Expectations
First of all, this is my first time starting a thread and if I am going the wrong way about this, I apologize. I am new into PE and plan on getting serious. I have measured myself several times and am confident that I am spot on 7.5 x 6 (BPEL x MS EG). I was hoping some people who have more experience than me would be able to weigh in on how much I can expect to gain from certain exercises. I know everyone is different; some people gain crazy fast while others seem to crawl to their goals. I still feel as though a thread to help people find realistic expectations based on the average PE experience could be helpful. Would it be crazy for me to hope to reach 8.5 x 7 within the next 5 years? Or would nobody be in disbelief if I could reach that goal in one year? I’m just trying to find what a realistic expectation would look like so I can stay dedicated through times of potential discouragement.
