Just thought i’d let you know i’m starting a new routine, hopefully going to get some exciting new gains to report and eventually the dreaded comparison pictures :)
Routine:
5 minutes warmup
60 Jelqs 50% erection level
10 minutes pumping at 3.5hg
20 minutes stretching using a silicon sleeve ADS (applying direct heat using a mat during this period)
