Fowfer and length

I fowfer after every session. My routine follows a 4-2, 3-2, 2-1 series. I manually stretch for15 min. After 7 min with rice sock heat. I follow with 15 min of jelqeing. I alternate starting with stretch and jelqeing. I end with Fowfers for 30 min. I have noticed increased flacid hang since fowfering. I have added fowfers in the last 3 weeks so I attribute flacid length to the Fowfers.

Just a note on this old thread. You can tell how your blood circulation is by color alone. Never let you dick get to a dark blue or purple. This means that it’s not getting enough blood. If this dark color happens for an extended period, it means that the cells in your dick are dying. Be careful to never fall asleep while in this condition.

But that’s exactly what a bed Fowfer is, only thing is when laying in bed your unit has room to keep the blood flow especially when sleeping on your side. Sometimes when I fowfer (normally while on my back) I actually get a small semi so I know blood is able to flow.

But when sitting down and doing them I normally don’t do them longer then 20 minutes considering it seems to cut off circulation a bit more.
