What is the preferred dietary regiment for ultimate healing and cell regeneration when doing PE?

I drink a lot of milk, and I have this conspiracy theory that milk promote penis growth, LMAO. Id love to see a poll of how many naturally large penises here drank/drink a lot of milk.

So, my question is what are you guys eating/drinking for max gains. What worked and what didn’t, or does it not even matter?

Try a good balanced diet, you know with veggies, some fruit, protein. Eat healthy and do your work. No need for anything else unless you’re over 50.

Avoid ccx empty calories lijecsweets, sodas, fast foods!!! Eat foods and i take suplements that naturally encourage better circulation as nd blood flow… regular exercise imho is very benificial too… side not stay full hydrated, cut out binge drinking if you drink as well…

For good blood flow, eat a heart healthy diet.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Getting plenty of collagen probably doesn’t hurt.

Eating collagen shouldn’t have any effect on endogenous collagen, since ingested collagen is denatured and broken down into amino acids, just like so many other things.

I think the collagen hype online is almost entirely astroturfed to make a market for a waste product. A very contaminated waste product from what I’ve read.

I’m not totally sure how beneficial collagen would be for p.e. but collagen has been proven to be beneficial overall. It’s been known for far longer than any of us have been alive. Supplements may be more hype, but tendons and connective tissue you can eat in foods are not. You could test it yourself if you believe otherwise.

Have a well rounded diet (a little research to get macros right for you). Avoid bad carbs, bad fats and processed foods. Try to get all of your daily vitamins and minerals. Lots of water. I’d add a little cardio/HIIT training as well. Really a no brainer imo.
I don’t think there is a diet specifically geared towards penis growth.

I drink milk like water and have for since i was prepubescent. I started pe with a little above average schlong.


Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Eat foods high in folate, sometimes misidentified as folic acid which is a precursor to the creation of folate. Folic acid supplements are given to pregnant women to assist with fetal growth and development which is in a rapid state of cell division throughout the pregnancy. Folate is essential for the construction of DNA strands inside the cell nucleus. If you are deficient, you won’t create new cells. Obviously you want to be creating new cells at the highest rate possible. Foods with high folate content are, brussel sprouts, spinach, beef and chicken liver. The livers being the highest.

Be careful with folic acid pills. They are suspected to cause cancer with long term use and can cause allergic reactions. I had a bad one when I tried it. I got dizzy within minutes of taking it, and then the chest pain and tightness set in. I thought I was having a heart attack. All of those are symptoms. It took about 4 days for it to fully go away. My advice, get real folate from the foods you eat and avoid the pill form.
