Different Excersize For Girth

Maybe this already is a type of excersize but I’m in the newbie routine and when doing it randomly I tried pushing down of top and bottom of shaft with two fingers while flaccid almost flattening it and jelquing that way dry: I found I could really feel the expansion as I pushed outbward, it was definitely a different feeling that the normal jelq.

Pros, cons, if anyone has done anything like this? I was possibly thinking of doing it for once a week replacing one of My jelq sessions
