Different surgery

I want to ask what is the best surgery for girth and length and what is the best technique, what is the negative and what is the positive point in any kind of technique like fat; alloderm; silicone.

I would stay away from surgery if I were you. Some members here have had some bad experiences. If it is surgery you are looking for, I would see a professional, a doctor and find out what is best for what you are looking for. We here do what you are looking for manually. Sure this takes time and hard work, but at least we know where we are at and what is going on with our penises. I your case after surgery, if something went wrong, you own it.

If anybody wants to jump in and help abarbotel, I’m sure he would like to here you ideas or opinions.

I’m a gree that surgery can be dangerous. For length hanging jelq and pumps can be effective, but hanging can make you feel weak erection and even make some permanent damage, and for girth I don’t think that there any manual technique for permanent girth, I read lots of posts and topics , one post tell about someone who try 10 years pumps and gain only 0.4-0.5 in girth.

And in my situation its problem because I’m only 4.3 in girth. That’s really slim , and I read about technique ” allo graft” or something like that, its need to be natural result. Maybe someone have more details or experience?

Penis enlargement surgery is experimental, at best.

Lengthening surgery is probably better than girth surgery but you are required to hang after surgery and they have been instances, reported here, of people losing length. So why not just hang.

Girth surgery is another kettle of fish. Personally, I considered abusive of the surgeons to pray on male insecurity with such noxious options. If you are looking for horror stories for surgery, here’s one I am having the PE surgery done in 2 weeks. Girth surgery is far from a permanent solution, with fat implants being reabsorbed and other implants potentially requiring later removal.

It’s a shame in some ways that the quick fix solutions are so unpalatable. Breast surgery is a fairly mature field and though there have been some problems it is relatively simple in comparison, so that might be an answer in itself. So, you will find reputable surgeons do breast enlargement but those who do penis enlargement seem destined, as things stand to lose their reputation, which maybe explains why penis enlargement surgery is booming in countries with little or no regulation.

You’ve been registered since 2008, so how can you think that hanging weakens erections or that there are no permanent methods of gaining girth. There are people all around you who can refute that with their experience.

Very well posted mem. I was going to mention 8-balls surgery. it did not go very well. I have talked to him via cell phone and he is doing okay. i will give him a call and see if he can give some input to this thread. Hey mem, what have you been eating lately. PE is actually super low risk if done with a safety first mind set. Permanent girth gains are a reality. And hanging when done correctly increases rather than weakens erection strength. At a guess I would say that you have skimmed over bunches of posts and latched onto bits and pieces written by guys that were doing things wrong. That simple.

Post lengthening operation they will have you using a hanger. And the getting your dick cut open is the dangerous part of that equation any way. As others have mentioned, the current state of girth surgery is Victorian era at best.

Full disclosure: I dedicate part of my brain to keeping sharp and pointy objects away from my junk 24/7/365. But for someone like your self that is not adverse to surgery consider this: Medical science is advancing at freaky fast speeds. It wont be long before they have actual safe (as much as any surgery is) and effective methods. Why do something that could destroy (no joke) your penis in the mean time.

Guys thanks for your warning. As you can see I’m here from 2008. I try hanging but because my penis is so slim its made my erection weak. Jelq its problem for me because most of the time I can’t success to be in 70 percent of erection. Pumps give me gain of 0.2 but after 5 minute it return to my real size. So the true is that I don’t know what to do. Surgery is my last option but its dangerous. 8 ball use different technique in his surgery , not allograft, so maybe allograft is more effective? What to do? I want to married but my penis looks like baby.

I think if you want a more informed response, you should check out phalloboards, it is a forum dedicated to phalloplasty. It seems that pmma is the most recent mode of girth enhancement surgery.

You have to weight up your decision, if you feel this is ruining your life and manual pe hasn’t worked it may be a viable option. On the other side of the coin, pmma is a new substance only recently used in the penis. We have no idea what the side effects could be say in 10 years time, I have also heard of a lot horror stories from this type of surgery.

I feel you should continue with manual pe and work on accepting yourself. I have came from a similar depressive hole myself and you can do this.

You shouldn’t let this hold you back from approaching woman either, your going to ruin your life if you continue with this behaviour.

Length surgery I would get done, some struggle a hell of a lot due to a thick ligament so it seems, or ‘cord’ as its also known as.
Marlon the co-inventor of the LG hanger only started to see great results with hanging until he had length surgery.
Surgery isn’t a quick fix in the length regard, you still need to hang or extend.
However, if you gain easily with length then no I wouldn’t go through with it.

If you’ve been at this for years, have a thick ‘cord’, and struggle with length and have done from the start then length surgery may be for you.

Girth surgery I would leave well alone! They are the true horror stories you hear of.

So only go length surgery in my opinion if needed.
