Directions?
I’m going to start stretching. I’ve been doing most jelqing before, but I am quite proud of my EG, so I’ll take my lenght gains first.
Anyway, I’ve tried doing 3 times in each direction á la 30 seconds, and 2 helicopters á la 10 around. But my morning wood wasn’t there when I woke up. Maybe I was overdoing it, but my question is: Does the newbie routine mean 2 times in each direction when it says you should do 10 stretches?
