This is where things get real tricky with science. The focal point of your DIY device needs to be determined for greatest effect. The high voltage level will determine the BARS of pressure. You want to stay between 1 and 5 BARS. Maybe this can go viral as an instruct-able and someone figure out how to calibrate it.

Oh woah, amazing! Thanks! Very different underlying mechanic from the ultrasound, but this is certainly useful either way. I was thinking of a 555 circuit already.

DIY electromagnetic ballistic shock wave wand

A DIY electromagnetic ballistic shock wave wand for less than $100 dollars.
I have not started this project yet, just brain storming.

Parts list:
1. DC power supply, cost $12 dollars.
2. Motor speed controller, cost $9 dollars.
3. Electromagnetic Solenoid, cost $11 dollars.
4. Two Neodymium Magnets with poles on the end not the circumference, cost $24 dollars.
5. PVC tubing, various sizes, cost $20 dollars.
6. Timing control circuit using 555 integrated circuit.
7. Applicator head, 15mm diameter, cost unknown.
8. Plastic washer for strike plate.

Assembly instructions:
You will put together PVC to create an electromagnetic wand.

Use an appropriate size PVC cap to hold the Electromagnetic Solenoid.
Drill two holes in PVC cap, one in the center and one in the side of cap.
Insert the Electromagnetic Solenoid into the cap running wire out the side hole.
Secure the Electromagnetic Solenoid to the cap with a screw.
Attach PVC coupler to cap to reduce its diameter.
Attach PVC pipe to coupler creating a barrel for the ballistic magnet.
Place Neodymium Magnet into PVC barrel paying strict attention to magnetic poles.
Attach PVC coupler to PVC tube and insert plastic washer strike plate, it will protect second magnet.
Next add second permanent magnet paying strict attention to magnetic poles.
Finish the wand barrel with the applicator head, which I have not figured out what to use or buy at this time.

Attach electromagnetic solenoid wiring to the output of the motor speed controller.
Wire output of DC power supply to the input of the motor speed controller, carefully check polarity.
Wire 555 timing control circuit to the motor speed controller.

Theory of Operation:
The ballistic magnet will be repelled back and forth along the barrel of the wand, “IF” you get the magnetic polarities correct. When current is applied to the electromagnet, it’s polarity will be the same as the ballistic magnet forcing it to accelerate down the wand hitting the strike plate. The magnetic force must be strong enough to overcome the repelling force of the permanent magnet behind the strike plate. When current is shut off to the electromagnet the ballistic object will be repelled by the permanent magnet returning it to the start position. The DC power supply feeding the electromagnet will be switched on and off by the motor speed controller. The motor speed controller will get it’s on/off firing from the 555 integrated circuit.

Note: The magnets have ratings, a number followed by the letter “N”. This is where the experimenting begins, getting the power rating of the magnets correct so the oscillating of the ballistic object up and down the wand operates correctly hitting the strike plate causing the concussive shock wave.

You may wonder why I placed my DIY shockwave ideas in this forum. It will be great to increase the size of your dick, but if it is a limp noodle what have you gained? At some point in our lives we may get ED, therapy and these machines are expensive, I am just trying to help.

If anybody is interested in DIY Shockwave for under 100 dollars I can say my pneumatic idea works. I finished the design with a few changes.

Change the end cap on the pneumatic chisel to a metal plumbing screw on cap. It can’t be plastic, it doesn’t survive the beating. You won’t need plumbers tape or binding post, just put your ballistic object inside air chisel, screw on metal cap and secure it properly.

The metal screw on cap kept coming loose so I drilled 3 holes equidistant from each other in the cap and matching holes in the chisel for set screws to keep the cap from coming loose.

I set my air compressor output regulator to 60 psi and used the pressure set screw on the chisel to make sure I didn’t beat my meat to death. I did 1 full treatment according to guide lines I read online, made my dick a nice pink color. It did sting a little but was tolerable without any numbing cream.

I now know why the pneumatic devices must have the ballistic bullet replaced periodically. My carriage bolt / ballistic bullet deformed with just 1 treatment. If you try this at home buy many carriage bolts, ten or twenty.

I know this thread is old but I thought a progress report was due.
A little info about myself first: I am in my early 60’s with a mild case of ED.
I am 6 foot tall and I was a couch potato at 230 lbs.
To give you an idea of my ED, I use a morning wood test and angle of droop.
Before all this penis improvement I woke up with morning wood about 2 times a week
And it drooped 10 degrees below horizontal when standing up, yes I measured the angle
With a protractor. This was January 2019.
When I could achieve an erection my measurements were BPEL 6” , MSEG 6” BPSFL 6.5”.

This is not a double blind medical study, just what I have been doing for 7 months.
1. Lifestyle changes:
Stopped eating bad foods, and have been eating healthy with emphasis on increasing testosterone.
Exercising regularly, walking, calisthentics, light weight lifting with many reps.

2. PE: I have been doing kegels, manual stretches, jelqing, edging, clamping, and using my own DIY stretcher.
My routine is to long to list here.

3. Shock-wave: I have done 6 treatments to my penis using my DIY pneumatic shock-wave device.
The treatments were done once a month following guidelines I found on the web.

Results: I look and feel better overall and have dropped 35 lbs.
I wake up with morning wood 4 - 5 times a week and the angle is now 5 degrees above horizontal.
My penis measurements now are BPEL 6.5” , MSEG 6”, BPSFL 7.25”.

I can’t say if my DIY pneumatic shock-wave device contributed to my ED getting better.
You can see there are way to many variables to make a determination.
I can say it hasn’t hurt my penis at all or prevented me attaining gains.

I would like to report a fantastic side benefit to all this PE, my orgasm have been great.
I am writing this the day after the most mind shattering orgasm in my entire life.
I had just finished a stretch, clamp, jelq, edging routine and I had to ejaculate.
I almost fell to my knees, my legs became spaghetti noodles and my entire body was
Uncontrollably jerking and spasms like crazy!
I would love to be hooked up to an EEG and EKG machine during that orgasm.

I would love to try making this, especially for the last effect. I feel like my orgasms have lost a lot of their “sparkle” over the last 20 years or so.

BTW, I wouldn’t have believed it but I am seeing amazing results from 3 mg of Boron twice a day. I feel like it is better than Cialis for me as there is no flushing, headaches, or potential hearing loss (that I know of.) I haven’t had any side effects either. I believe that there was a PubMed published study that saw increases in testosterone of just under 30% over a multi-week period. I can testify to that.

It’s not clear if a practical DIY shocker is doable. But I would be interested in building one too. Is there a schematic available for either a commercial version or a DIY?

Ditto on the boron for me. 6 mg per day. Per lab tests, it significantly increased free testosterone. I don’t have any adverse effects from the “triple boron” versions (Swanson), but seemed to have occasional issues (anxiety, sleep) with the Now brand. I haven’t tried the LEF version. It took a few weeks to be fully effective for me.

Now, where is my soldering iron?

I have researched all 4 types of shockwave devices. If you are interested in a diy project let me know which one you want more information on. The pneumatic device is the easiest to replicate.

I gave up on the ultrasound version. The applicator head is very large and the tolerances for the parabolic shape are more than I can do in my shop.

The electromagnetic device has to many unknowns like magnetic field strength to propel the ballistic object.

The high voltage device is closely related to the kidney stone type with a controllable spark gap. I have all the details to build it but the spark gap is expensive.

Let me know if you want my research materials.

Sorry for my English. Someone got a length increase or girth? Or at least a more elastic tissue of the penis for further stretching?

Hi kriva

I don’t bother with diy shockwave any more. You can buy a machine from eBay for under 500 us dollars. I purchased one to correct my ED.

If not difficult, you can give a link. I want to read about the results of other users. Shockwave for PE. It’s hard for me to get involved on the site. All the best to you! Growth!

This is an extremely interesting thread!

I’ll definitely be keeping my eye on this and read deeper into the DIY info here as well.

I’ve seen the ultrasound trend has been gaining attention lately. That’s how I got here lol.

I would like to ask though, someone else said it already as well^^^^^

Everyone seems to be using ultrasound and shockwave therapy synonymously and I’m pretty sure they’re two separate things, no?

I am curious though Goldinger, why make one when you can purchase them online now? I’ve seen a few users (including the guy in this thread) say there around $100-$200 or so

Note that there are distinct threads around here discussing Ultrasound applications which are different than eswt application. Kyrpa comes to mind as a proponent of the US. I have both an US unit and and eswt unit.

My understanding is that eswt is in the family of ultrasound and can be considered as a higher intensity of US. My basic ultrasound unit consists of a small handheld wand with simple lo/medium/high setting and cost about $50. I use it as to warm up deeper tissue, which also reportedly stimulates growth of blood vessels. My eswt unit has a wand and a control base and cost $1200 and is used for treating ED. It is a much more complex system than the more basic US.

Hope this helps clear up the confusion.

Dick Limpen’s blog has linked to several articles on this subject which will provide you more detailed information.

My personal weekly routine is 90mJ at 15 Hz and 2500 pulses on each side and on the crura for 7500 pulses total. I use the 15mm head. You need to factor in down time for recovery and healing, say 2 months on, 1 month off. I do not use any numbing cream, although I did when I was undergoing Gainswave treatments.

For a newbie, you may want to reduce the number of pulses (perhaps half?) until you build up a tolerance and an understanding of how your dick responds.
