DLD Blaster combination.

I do the DLD Blasters and then go into the dual falcrum stretch instead of the A-stretch or V-stretch. Will the way I do it give me just as good of results as the a or v-stretch does?

DLD swears by the a-stretch. If you haven’t done much stretching before then you should be fine on the easier stretches.

A good goal to have is to grow to the size that makes the a-stretch possible. Then once you have, you have a good stretch at your disposal.

You also have the option of RB’s Fake Arm A-Stretch. It is very powerful too.
